June 14&15, 3pm-9. June 16, 3pm-fireworks. June 17, 12pm-5.
IF SET UP LARGER THAN 12X12 FT TIP TO TIP, you must purchase additional space. NO EXCEPTIONS
Craft Vendors Must Be Set Up No Later Than 10AM . No Parking in the Park-Nearby Parking Available.
NO POWER PROVIDED – Quiet Generators are authorized.
Completed applications must be received no later than June 10. Spaces will be assigned in order of receipt of application, payment and required insurance certificate.

LIABILITY WAIVER: The Kiwanis Club of Sand Lake assumes no responsibility for any property placed in the exhibit and is hereby discharged of any and all liability for any loss, injury or damages to persons or property that may be sustained while on the premises.
A Certificate of Insurance is required and must accompany each vendor application. The Town of Sand Lake and the Kiwanis Club of Sand Lake must both be named as Additional Insured.
